The half-day program, beginning at 8:00 with a continental breakfast, will include updates and considerations for the Oral Surgery, Periodontics and Orthodontic needs of our patients. A panel discussion will follow the individual presentations. Lunch will also be included in the $95.00 cost of the program.

Khaled Abughazaleh, BDS, DMD Dr. Abughazaleh received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the University of Jordan and Doctor of Dental medicine (DMD) from the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago, College of Dentistry certificate training program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the American Board of Dental Anesthesiology. Dr. Abughazaleh is a member of numerous professional organizations including the Illinois Dental Society of Anesthesiology of which his is a past president. He has published and lectured extensively nationally and internationally. He has a private practice devoted to Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Chicago and volunteers a significant amount of his time to international surgical missions. |

Anthony Eltink, DMD, MS Dr. Eltink is a 2002 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Dental Medicine, and a 2005 graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago’s Orthodontic Residency Program. He is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Orthodontics, and is in private practice in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. Dr. Eltink’s scholarly interests include the treatment of periodontally compromised orthodontic patients and the management of impacted and ectopic teeth. |

Irwin Seidman, DDS Dr. Irwin Seidman received is DDS from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago’s Pediatric Dental Residency Program. He has been involved in Postgraduate Pediatric Dental Education for over 30 years at Illinois’ College of Dentistry. Dr. Seidman is in private practice in Palatine, Illinois and is a Past President of the Illinois Society of Pediatric Dentists. |
