Tooth Haven, a new doctor-owned pediatric practice in the Des Moines metro, is hiring an associate.

• Work Schedule: Four-day work week.


• Salary: Guaranteed minimum of $1,300 per day or 30% of production, whichever is greater.
  This adds up to roughly $250,000 per year at the floor.


• Bonus: $10,000 signing bonus.


• Start Date: September 2026.


• Office: Brand-new, fully digital, established team, in a fast-growing young-family community.


• Preferences: Pediatric residency-trained is ideal; experienced general dentists who love treating kids are also considered.


• Licensing: Iowa license or license-eligible


• Referral Bonus: $2,000 paid at the one-year mark of the hired dentist.
